Optimize your workspace with the LIAN LI SUP01, the vertical platform design not only minimizes the footprint but also ensures flawless hardware compatibility and superior cooling efficiency.
The SUP01 features an innovative "stand-up platform" design, significantly reducing the desktop footprint compared to traditional tower cases.
Despite its compact size of 45 liters, it maximizes hardware compatibility with a well-thought-out layout, providing excellent cooling performance.
The GPU directly draws in cool air through the front mesh panel and expels heat from the side with three pre-installed 120 mm fans, significantly enhancing thermal dissipation.
The placement of the radiator on the side of the case in the 2nd chamber allows it to draw cool air directly from the rear opening, effectively dissipating CPU heat through the mesh side panel.
The 120mm fan installed on the rear exterior brings in fresh air and directly cools the M.2 storage, VRM units, and memory for efficient heat dissipation through the top mesh panel, unobstructed by radiators or components.
Featuring excellent mesh panels on the front, side, and top, the SUP-01 offers seamless ventilation for optimized cooling.
The SUP01 displays your GPU at the front of the build for improved GPU thermal performance and a different aesthetic.
The installation of the GPU at the front is achieved with the help of the provided 510mm PCIe 4.0 riser cable, which features a customizable ARGB lighting strip.
Despite its compact form factor, the SUP01 does not compromise on compatibility. It effortlessly accommodates motherboards ranging from ITX sizes to standard ATX sizes.

Another excellent addition from the top in the field, Lian Li.
The SUP 01 is a fresh addition to PC cases, offering a new approach to the construction and appearance of the computer.
Personally, I am very satisfied; I could say a lot more, but I will focus on some essential points of the case.
1) Design and Construction
Its design does not follow the traditional forms of computer cases. The placement of the GPU on the front with the use of a PCIe riser cable is an innovative element that adds a unique visual aesthetic. Additionally, the tempered glass side panel and the mirror below from the riser to the PCI are ideal elements for showcasing the internal setup, while the RGB touches enhance the overall effect of the build.
The build quality is excellent, as Lian Li uses high-quality materials, offering durability while maintaining an elegant and minimal aesthetic result. The case has a moderate weight, but at the same time, it is quite 'sturdy', providing confidence during the installation of components.
2) Cooling and Performance
One of the key elements I see is the cooling performance. With three pre-installed 120mm fans, the SUP 01 ensures adequate airflow for cooling the most demanding components. The tri-fan layout helps keep temperatures low, as it separates the components and enhances cooling efficiency.
However, the choice to place the GPU on the front may require special attention, as the angle and position can affect cooling performance, especially when using high-end cards like the 4090. The use of liquid cooling (AIO) is a recommended solution for cooling the processor, given the height limitation of air coolers.
3) Flexibility and Component Support
The SUP 01, despite its size, supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and ITX motherboards. Additionally, it can accommodate graphics cards up to 400mm in length, allowing users to install high-end hardware without worrying about available space. Furthermore, it supports ATX PSUs up to 220mm in length, providing ample room for high-watt power supplies.
In conclusion, I would say that this is a case that combines innovative design with high build quality. For me, it falls into the premium category of cases; its innovations, such as the GPU placement and flexibility in hardware management, make it ideal for those who desire a unique and elegant build. Minor challenges in temperature management can be overcome with proper cable management and the use of a good triple radiator liquid cooling system.
The SUP 01 is an excellent choice for a small form factor case for those who wish to break away from the ordinary without compromising on performance and aesthetics.
Another innovative implementation from Lian Li that tries to change the structure of a case and seems to succeed with the SUP by placing the graphics card at the front of the case, aiming for maximum airflow.
The build quality is impeccable, and in my hands, I have a very sturdy case.
It is quite narrow, and the card is only placed at the front with the help of the provided riser cable.
The filtering is excellent, although I noticed a slight decrease in the card's temperatures after removing the front filter, which worried me a bit, and since then, I have been running the case without the front filter (the mesh does a good job at filtering).
It comes with three fans mounted on the rear side and works better with AIO liquid cooling.
I set all the fans to exhaust air from the case as recommended by the company. I tried to set the liquid cooling fans to intake air into the case and saw only a 1-degree difference.
Ideal for offices with relatively small space since it is a narrow and tall case without restrictions on hardware.
I had difficulty connecting the monitor cable since it has to pass inside the case and connect to the bottom of the card, which I didn't like at all, and along with the difficulty of getting airflow to the card at the front when placing the filter (it only has the metal mesh) plus some other design details that made setup difficult, I have to deduct a point.
I am sure that the next model they will release as a replacement for the SUP01 will solve these little issues.
In this price category, there is also the Vision Compact from Lian Li, which I believe is more aesthetically pleasing
