Description
Creatine is essentially an amine produced from the 3 amino acids glycine, methionine, and arginine, and is stored in our body mainly in the muscles. Additionally, we can consume creatine from foods such as meat and fish.

I don't dissolve it in water; I pour a dose into my mouth and then drink water. I still see that even in this way, as soon as it comes into contact with water, it dissolves easily. With 1 month of use and proper diet and training, I have noticed an increase in muscle mass.

So, I heated water and shook it well, but it still didn't dissolve completely. If you drink it undissolved, it is not digestible and it bloats you. I hope I covered you. Finally, with the hot water, after a while it actually crystallized at the bottom and on the walls. This creatine never dissolved in essence.
