I had bought the exact same umbrella 2.40 in 2016, very good construction, I still have it, and I wanted to buy the 2.6 thinking it was the same... Unfortunately, they have changed the construction of the umbrella with lower quality materials. The main problem is the diameter of the pole that supports the mechanism that opens it. It is smaller, and the joint that gives the tilt to the umbrella is also smaller; it broke for me the first time there was strong wind. I would not buy it again; it has nothing to do with the old one
