What did you do, Xiaomi? It doesn't have Google Chrome or Firefox, and you can't download them. The system for sending images from the phone doesn't work
Although good for the features it offers, unfortunately, it has a lot of LAGGING when loading, in the menu, and when clearing memory. I hope an UPDATE will come out for a fix. All the obvious steps have been taken (factory reset, etc.)
The television is excellent for its price. Unbeatable price for OLED. As for the other buyers who leave negative comments, I don't know! Did they buy the 55" OLED for €380 or the Samsung Flip 2 for €1400? It's laughable
The comment concerns ONLY the viewing capability from any angle other than straight on.. washed-out colors to the extreme make such a possibility simply impossible.. a huge shame, because in every other case we would be talking about an outstanding purchase, with unmatched color quality, etc.. unfortunately, this undermines Xiaomi (and the fact that the menu/apps require patience). Honestly, while it is known that QLEDs fall short in viewing angles - visually, as they are VA technology, thus emphasizing vertical viewing - if you don't see it for yourself, you can't believe the huge difference.
And I analyze: I bought the Xiaomi a pro 2025 55" television, which when someone watched straight on, the picture quality was fine, but when someone watched from any other viewing angle, there was a huge (unjustified) distortion of color quality. It was returned for inspection, there was never any update from the company, and whenever we called for an update, the responses were "due to workload, it hasn't been checked yet," "it has been checked but we are waiting for approval from Xiaomi," "we haven't received updates from the relevant department yet." At some point, a message came that a replacement was made, without any prior phone notification. We received the new television and on the same day opened it and found that the new one had the same problem. The next day (Saturday), we called to inform and find out what to do since it is DOA, and the response was that the previous television was replaced because the screen broke during transport to service and that now based on the problem we are mentioning, they don't know if a replacement can be made (???). Also, when we asked to speak with someone responsible, the answer was there is no responsible person, do you want the owner to call you?". Yes, well if there is no responsible person, let the owner call us. That's where we have reached... We try to remain calm and polite, but everything has its limits. Will the 2nd replacement (if at all... I have "lost" communication with Xiaomi, service 1, infoquest, the store where it was purchased, all!!) take just as long? The Carnival is threateningly approaching! And a television for 2 months now that-should-have... psychologically we have acquired!!
P.S. the images are indicative, I have many and videos as proof of what has been said.
I got this one for an upgrade in the bedroom from a 32 LG to a 43 Xiaomi...... all my TVs have always been LG.... after a week of minimal use, the TV malfunctioned and turns off by itself after 1 minute of operation.... I have never experienced anything like this with another TV.....
I bought it for a 55'' bedroom, so I can say that it covers the space with image and sound.. from viewing angles, I have no opinion because I placed it directly across from my bed, so in this position it can only be good.. it doesn't lose its connection to the internet (connection from mobile) and has a nice and minimal design and its voice command is okay!
Image very good.
Sound just fine.
Software a bit slow.
It has some freezes.
If you deactivate it, there are no issues.
However, if you turn it off simply by pressing the off button, then when it turns on, it freezes.
I believe it is a software issue and not a processor weakness.
The smart features don't concern me as the usage is for a bit of gaming and as a final play out for editing. Classic Android software works just fine, there are no lags within reasonable limits, the picture is very good for its price, and it has excellent RGB technology palette options like sRGB and Rec 709. Another positive is that it has a game mode in the settings; without it, the mouse latency is huge—you make a move and it follows some fractions later. With game mode, it's zero latency and everything is fine. For my usage, it's an excellent choice at this price for a very simple QLED
I'm doing a review to respond to the guy who says it pixelates when watching movies. If you don't have good internet, the resolution of each video drops. Also, if you're not watching online and you're watching pirated movies, they may not have good resolution. Enough already with every random person degrading a product
For the money, it's good. The sound is not good. The picture is so-so for the money. In movies via the internet, the pixels are visible. It doesn't have mirroring
Apart from the sound quality which is terrible, like listening from an old radio or TV, the television is quite good for its price. Very good picture and very fast in changing channels and loading applications.
