Did you find this review helpful?I have been using them exclusively for running for about 3 weeks, both for short runs (<1 hour) and for longer ones (and in various weather conditions). Generally, it seems that there is an improvement in breathing. Unfortunately, their main disadvantage - which makes them unusable for long-duration athletic activities - is that after about 1 hour of running (without necessarily having intense sweating or very intense heat), the tape comes off from one side. It has been tested on 3 different people, and we all had the same problem. Therefore, if you want them for sports, especially for running > 1 hour, you might need to look for something different.
