Flexible and compatible with many devices, the Freezer 4U-M server cooling system is a multifunctional cooling unit with a large contact surface and an improved mounting mechanism. It offers compatibility with a wide range of Intel and AMD server processors, including Intel LGA 4189 and LGA 4677, as well as AMD SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, and sWRX8 sockets.

The Freezer 4U consumes only 2.88 Watts, providing excellent cooling performance even for the most powerful processors with a maximum of 96 cores and TDP up to 350 Watts. The Freezer 4U offers a large RAM clearance of 53 mm, allowing the use of memory cards with moderate coolers, providing effective airflow and compatibility with various RAM configurations.

The compact construction and compatibility with dual sockets allow optimal placement in classic 4U server racks or more consumer 4U cases on the market, with a mounting height of just 145 mm and dimensions of 156 x 124 mm. The fans can be easily swapped to adjust the direction of airflow.

The installed PWM fans take advantage of all the benefits of the award-winning P series. They are designed for high static pressure and efficiently dissipate heat in push-pull operation, ideal for high-power applications such as workstation desktops. The dual arrangement offers natural redundancy and protects the system from potential overheating.

The two fans of the Freezer 4U-M feature dual ball bearings, allowing continuous 24/7 operation without compromising performance. This type of bearing is more resistant to contaminants and wear from high temperatures compared to traditional bearings.

The Freezer 4U-M comes with MX-6 thermal paste, which reduces heat buildup between the cooler and the processor, offering safety in use.
