WHITE TEA BAI MU DAN

General characteristics: Originating from China, BAI MU DAN tea is a refreshing and invigorating beverage with a sweet and tangy, fruity taste. It grows in the southeastern province of Jiangxi in China, where it is commonly referred to as "white peony" due to the beautiful shape of the leaves. The tea is prepared from the first two leaves located at the top of the plant and the bud inside. They are harvested early in spring before the bud flowers and then dried.

Regarding its aroma, the BAI MU DAN white tea combines a soft floral flavor with fruit aromas such as pineapple, kiwi, and apricot.

PREPARATION PROCESS: While it is generally believed that white tea should be brewed at low temperatures (70-80 °C), it is suggested to boil at 90 °C. You can experiment with brewing times for better results. Recommended dosage: 12/15 gr/lt.
