It is not as scratch-resistant as it promises. Unfortunately, due to carelessness, it has acquired its first scratches and because we store it together with other utensils, the coating has worn off at the edges from friction. Overall, we expected it to be more durable.
I bought this pan a few months ago and of course with such products you have to leave some time to see how it will be after a reasonable period of use. I used it on an induction hob. The first trimester was perfect, I can say that no matter what I cooked, from crepes and omelettes to chicken and meat, nothing stuck, always using wooden spoons so as not to risk scratches with metal utensils. Unfortunately, recently the non-stick coating in the center of the pan seems to have disappeared, resulting in it "touching" there and sticking almost immediately. I tried to clean it by soaking it in detergent overnight, cleaned it very carefully but nothing. If it was any other ordinary pan, maybe I wouldn't write all this, but in this particular one, what they mainly advertise is its non-stick surface which doesn't scratch and doesn't stick. I'm sorry, but this is the truth and we can't write inaccuracies here because our opinion always helps all potential future buyers.
As for its non-stick surface, it is excellent, but unfortunately, the material did not withstand high temperatures and warped at the bottom, resulting in it wobbling on the induction cooktop.
You get what you pay for. As a material, this Tefal series is more reinforced compared to its more economical lines (real comparison in a store). Satisfactory depth.
It lasted 4 years with careful use. Now it has started to stick regularly in specific spots. A metal accessory was never used on its surface or a hard sponge for cleaning it.
It has a thick bottom, resulting in it taking longer to heat up, but it is my most durable frying pan compared to the others
It is heavy, scratches very easily, and does not clean unless you scrub, which is not good for these pans
Wonderful!!! It has solved my problems!! I cook 80% of the daily recipes at home and with minimal oil. I wash it diligently and only when necessary, otherwise I clean it with paper towels.
It is the worst frying pan we have ever bought. We purchased it and literally used it 3 times and the coating on the handle came off. Without hitting it anywhere and without putting it in hot water. Although it is covered by the warranty, Tefal told us that it is due to misuse and they won't replace it. I would not recommend anyone to buy it and generally stay away from Tefal. Terrible service. The two-year warranty is just to say that it has a warranty while they cover absolutely nothing.

I bought frying pans in sizes 24cm and 30cm. On the positive side, they look nice, but in terms of construction, there is a problem with the bottom both internally and externally. In conclusion, it's a manufacturing failure in the welding of the bottom. As a manufacturer of aluminum frames, I also have a precision angle for calibrating the machines. The result is that the 30cm pan has a 1mm gap and the 24cm pan has a 0.5cm gap upwards, resulting in the oil flowing to the edges when you pour it in. During the first cooking of burgers, it has been frustrating to keep the oil in the center. TEFAL used to be great! Don't buy it!
Quality construction. Even if you don't add oil or butter, the eggs move freely in the pan. Very scratch-resistant, large surface, and can also go in the oven
It's not worth the money, the coating came off after a few months of use. At first it was fine, as time passed it started sticking, not cooking properly and in the end the coating came off from the center.
After two years, the coating peeled off and I bought another one. I use wooden spoons, not metal ones. I remember once you would buy a Tefal pan and after years you would throw it away because you were tired of looking at it. Well, this is not the case.
The coating in the center of the pan seems to have worn off, probably because it accumulates more heat.
Maybe I will buy a smaller one again and use it only for eggs, which require low temperatures. For meat that requires higher temperatures, I will try something else
I did a lot of research before I bought my next pan and I ended up with this one. I cook every day with this cookware and I am completely satisfied.
With a wooden spoon and then rinsing with water and a little soap with the soft side of the sponge, it will never be a problem. One mistake that many people make is cooking with high heat, resulting in the coating being damaged.
On medium heat, you give it 3-4 minutes to warm up and it is ready to use!
From me, 5/5. If you take care of the cookware, it will take care of you!
The pan is really anti-stick, and it cleans easily, but it doesn't warm up a lot, it cooks very slowly and it doesn't make a good crast on the outside of meats. I am a meat lover and I think that a cast iron pan would have been a better option.
I had the same pan in 28 centimeters and I was absolutely satisfied! It broke after a few years as it is natural, so without thinking, I ordered the same one but in 30 centimeters. No comparison to the previous one. It is much heavier but I thought it's not a problem since it's also bigger. I never managed to cook properly as if it couldn't match the stove (the same one that was on the previous pan!) it didn't reach the temperature, resulting in everything taking longer to cook and the eye was permanently red. I will give it to another house that has a gas stove. It's a shame because I loved the previous one!
I am pretty accurate with this pan and use only plastic/wooden sticks for cooking. And it is heavy. Other characteristics are good
Nice pan, it does what it promises but it's excessively heavy. I've had it for a while and it hasn't worn out at all. I believe that if someone takes care of it and follows the instructions, they won't have any problem.
It is too big for the kitchen counter, which is 21cm! I should have gotten the 26cm one! It would have been very useful if they had written the size of the base in the specifications!
It is a heavy pan!! You feel that it is sturdy. It cooks wonderfully without sticking or blackening the food!! I did not expect that. You think it hasn't caught fire but really ..... it waits to perfectly cook your fried foods without burning them. With its modern coatings, it is completely safe as long as you don't put metal on it, it may scratch. For people who wanted a pan without feeling like they have to take care of it, like cast iron ones, it is perfect. You can leave it with water as long as you want, add acidic ingredients, let it dry on its own, things that are prohibited with cast iron pans. It is worth every last euro.
Good construction, easy to clean, and fully non-stick. I only use plastic or wooden objects to avoid scratches. The only negative is that it heats up relatively slowly on a ceramic stove and does not reach very high temperatures, possibly due to the volume of its base.
It is worth buying for basic cooking needs.
Unfortunately, it is one of my worst purchases. Fried eggs cannot be made in this, it is only suitable for omelettes and even those have a strange taste. Overall, I didn't believe it, but it boils more than it fries
The frying pan is unacceptable. It takes an incredibly long time to heat up, as other users have mentioned, because it forms a hollow in the middle once it gets hot, resulting in it not making contact with the stove. This leads to significant delays in cooking and, most importantly, a waste of energy since you are forced to set the stove to the maximum.
Big potato with pathetic construction quality. It got crooked as soon as it turned on and heated up, while it got scratched immediately with the use of a wooden spoon.
It seems like a good product, but always use a wooden spoon with it. If you use a metal one, it will definitely scratch it. It is heavy, weighing one kilogram and 150 grams. Maybe it's good so that the bottom doesn't collect too much heat. I bought one that was thick and the bottom burned and the coating peeled off. It has slightly strange lips that don't fit the lid well when you use it, they are rounded. However, the advertisement on the website with the metal spoon is a dream. If you dare to use a metal spoon, it is 100% certain that it will scratch, so forget about it. All non-stick coatings are very sensitive, but more or less. Even before using it, I show it in a video. The bottom is uneven, it is raised in the center, resulting in the oil only going around the edges
This pan is really excellent. I have had it for two months and it looks brand new even with the use of plastic and wooden kitchen utensils. It is very well made and this is evident from its weight. It is quite heavy, almost like it's made of cast iron. However, be careful! It will not perform well if your kitchen stove is not good. It requires strong heat to perform well. I have used it on a gas stove and the result is excellent. I have also used it on two kitchens with induction cooktops. The result was very good on one (Bosch) and poor on the other (Pyramis, low-cost). If you don't have strong heat, prefer a lighter and thinner pan.
Very good frying pan, with very good coating, just like all the other products in this series. It is a very convenient size and heats up faster than the corresponding 30cm one in the same series.
The pan does not heat up easily, resulting in poor cooking. I have another pan from the same company that heats up much faster and has better temperature distribution. I do not recommend it, maybe I will get another model.
Having purchased 3 different pans from the same series, compared to other similar non-stick ones, I can say that it is the best I have tried.
Second time I am disappointed by the quality of Tefal. Despite being careful with cleaning, it lasted only about a year. Then it got scratched, the red spot in the center (Thermo-Signal) turned black, and it sticks to everything.
Same exact thing as the previous one I had from the same brand. I use two other pans of a different brand in the exact same cleaning way. No comparison. You pay so much money just because it's a brand, but durability is a no-go.
It is, however, what they say "what you give, you get". Really good in everything. Perhaps the only peculiarity (if one can call it that) is the dimensions. It is below 22cm but the top part does not "open" as much as in other cases, so it may visually appear smaller... (possibly!)
