Coffee Storage: Coffee should be stored in an airtight container, in a dark place free from odors where room temperature prevails. Avoid storing your coffee in the refrigerator, as the low temperatures solidify the oils inside the beans which are responsible for a coffee with a full flavor and rich aroma. Grind a little coffee at a time, ideally only as much as you want to consume. This way, you will have freshly ground coffee each time, minimizing the alteration of aromas and flavor.
