    I am not a runner, I got them for walking.
    I weigh 120 kilograms and I have discomfort in my knees.
    They are the best I have ever worn, relief and comfort right away.

    It's not just that they are very soft and have a lot of sole, I could have that with HOKA too, the most important thing that makes the difference is that they have the true shape of the foot (all Altra shoes, especially these, have the original footshape), meaning your toes spread out instead of being compressed, creating stability, instead of the knee taking on that job.

    I have had them for a little while but the difference is already noticeable, I will never buy shoes that compress my foot and toes again.
