The Liquid Freezer III is ready for immediate use thanks to the pre-installed radiator fans in a push configuration. The fan cables are integrated into the tubing housing, so only one cable needs to be connected to the motherboard. With the included MX-6 thermal compound, you have everything you need for a quick and easy installation.
The Liquid Freezer III is highly compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Intel will release their new Arrow Lake processors in the LGA1851 socket in the future. ARCTIC customers do not need to worry that the new processors will require new coolers. We guarantee full compatibility. All Liquid Freezer III coolers can be used with Intel's new LGA1851 socket without any restrictions.
In independent tests, the Liquid Freezer III clearly stands out from the competition in all price categories, especially due to its exceptional performance. In tests with normalized noise, the Liquid Freezer III shows its true power, surpassing many competitors with its silent yet powerful operation.
The independent loading mechanism (ILM) of Intel distorts the CPU by pressing it into the socket at two points with over 40 kilograms of force. This puts pressure on the PCB, the die, and the thermal interface material between the die and the Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).
With high thermal loads, this can lead to long-term issues. The mounting frame from ARCTIC does not distort the CPU, significantly reduces mechanical load on the CPU, is quick and easy to install, and allows for the cooler to be screwed onto the backplate of the CPU. As a result, mechanical strain on the motherboard and CPU is minimized, cooling performance remains stable, and installation is fast and simple.
Voltage converters on motherboards often operate at their maximum temperature in combination with power-hungry CPUs. To compensate for the lack of airflow from a tower cooler, the Liquid Freezer III operates with a revised VRM fan. The 60mm fan with PWM control allows almost silent cooling of the socket area when VRM cooling is insufficient, in cases of poor airflow or especially in overclocking scenarios. This allows for a consistently higher load and longer lifespan for the voltage converters.
The Liquid Freezer III is equipped with a specially advanced PWM-controlled water pump, which has been further optimized for performance and noise. Thanks to the improved cold plate with an extended fin surface and the optimized water tubes, the Liquid Freezer III increases its performance while maintaining quiet operation.
Distinct regulation: The pump, VRM fan, and cooler fan can be independently adjusted from each other. This allows, for example, controlling the VRM fan speed independently from the CPU and analog temperature regulation of the voltage converters via PWM.
All-in-One: Like the Liquid Freezer II, this allows controlling the entire unit through a single connection, from which the cooler fan speed is extracted. Therefore, the pump, VRM, and cooler fans can easily be controlled through a unified PWM setting.
For several generations now, AMD has been using a multi-die chiplet design for their Ryzen desktop processors. Unlike Intel CPUs, the hotspot on these processors is not centrally located under the Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS), but slightly shifted. Therefore, AMD's mounting solution has a 5mm offset to achieve optimal heat dissipation.
The cooling surface of the refrigerator, with a thickness of 38 mm, has been expanded by 23% with the increase in the stack of fins. This allows not only improved heat dissipation but also a larger volume of liquid. As a result, heat accumulation in the water cooling system is slowed down and power and temperature spikes can be effectively managed for a longer period of time.
The ARCTIC is based on the well-tested P fans, which have already received many awards for their exceptional performance. The P series is particularly suitable for use in coolers and heat sinks with high fin density. Thanks to their high static pressure, they achieve significantly better results compared to fans designed for high airflow.
Some motherboards are not compatible with the Liquid Freezer III due to oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot. We provide a suitable M.2 cooler for affected motherboards free of charge.

This not only ensures compatibility with most lighting systems for motherboards, cases, controllers, and accessories, but also allows software-based control with the most common control programs. Idle reaches 25.5c (Ambient 23c)
In extreme bench 56c with PBO off and 64c with PBO on. In games, it rarely exceeds 75c over time with the specific TDP.
I have been using Arctic for years to keep my mind at ease and fans because I like silent builds, although some batches of P12 White recently had some issues with the wiring referring to the separate P12 ARGB fans and not this specific AIO.
With the Liqueed Freezer III 360, I was truly amazed by the temperatures.
As for the installation, it may seem a bit tricky at first since the thick tubes don't help, so what many say is true. Check on YouTube to clear your doubts. For convenience, try to install it before screwing the motherboard into the case if you have the corresponding experience with this method.
Always silent because it’s Arctic. Quieter compared to the Liqueed Freezer II.
For those using ALL IN ONE connection, meaning with one cable, make sure the fan curve starts from 40%, i.e., 20c or 25c - 40% so that the pump operates at 100% immediately as it should and as Arctic recommends. The VRM fan runs at max RPM by default.
With the connection of the three cables, check AIO Fans, Pump, VRM Fan if you have the corresponding headers on the motherboard. Since the pump in every AIO must run at 100%, and the VRM fan is extremely quiet, this control and connection are practically unnecessary.
Prefer the first method for ease.
They did this after user requests who wanted control over the Pump. Thus, they also provided control over the VRM fan.
The thickness of the radiator, like the Freezer II, is large but is for a good reason.
Check it out before buying and keep in mind that at some point you need to invest in a quality and spacious case if a such AIO doesn’t fit.
In the future, the "easy" way to connect the fans MUST be redesigned (something LianLi has been doing for years), the addition of easy liquid refilling as Enermax started 6-7 years ago, and finally, an LCD Panel on the pump should be released for the first time... maybe it's already designed and will be launched at the end of the new year? Perhaps!

I am surprised by the comments regarding the installation.... I installed it with zero difficulty even though I was biased by the comments I read "here and there".... (you center it exactly above the holes of the arms/AM5 socket for me) and you screw it alternately. It helps a lot in time that the fans are pre-installed! The cooler is a beast, so consider this if you already have a case and want to buy it. In terms of noise levels, I was COMPLETELY satisfied! This, of course, is subjective for most gaming system users because a gaming headset is always used, so we are out of place and time (full consciousness)!!
very good no bs water cooling! the leds support gen2 but they seem a bit bugged to me. i don't know if it's my mobo's fault. put them to run gen1 and they are just fine. as for the cooling. it does what it needs to and more.

The best AIO on the market right now in terms of performance and price. It is used in most benchmarks intentionally for this reason and it makes no noise at all. Arctic teaches once again. For those wondering, you can change the fans as the ARGB and PWM cables that run through the tubes act as an extension.
Personally, I have installed Lian-Li UNI FAN SL-INF 120mm and it works perfectly with no decrease in performance! (Note for installing Lian-Li fans, you should not buy the 3pcs pack from Lian-Li but rather one by one for each fan and separately the controller because otherwise Lian-Li does not provide you with the Y-cable in PWM and ARGB to connect it to the AIO!)
EDIT: I want to inform that the installation on AM4/AM5 requires some force. Place it on the CPU and align it with the mount screws, and apply enough force and screw it in slowly (alternating, one screw a little and then the other) otherwise it will tilt to one side when the other is tightening well!
Excellent quality the liquid cooling, keeps the 5800x below 65 with extreme benchmarks, I previously had the LS720 from Deepcool and they really have nothing in common, the Arctic is class superior and much cheaper for 360. (It requires quite a bit of space to fit comfortably, 397.5mm length for the radiator and needs 65.5mm thickness to fit on top, it fit very comfortably inside the Lian Li Lancool 216.
