The GS GRILL 2 MINI gas grill from Thermogatz features 2 burners, allowing you to have multiple temperature zones on the cooking surface so you can grill different types of food simultaneously (e.g., meat at high temperature and vegetables at low). The cooking surface is 52x39cm, and you will be able to grill approximately 5 steaks at a time. The main advantage of gas grills is that they ignite immediately, reach temperature very quickly, and the temperature intensity is adjustable.
Ease of Use
With the cast iron grill, cooking becomes faster as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil or some vegetable fat) to create a non-stick surface. Additionally, it features a thermometer to monitor the chamber temperature during cooking, preventing the food from burning.

Purchased 2.5 months ago and I use it 2-5 times a week and it has been a lifesaver. I grill meats, fish, vegetables, and even pizza (with the right base). I turn it on to full and in 3 minutes with the lid closed, I have 220+ degrees. I lower the heat and grill. In total, in 10-15 minutes, I have food for up to 4 people.
The price-quality ratio is unbeatable. Its main grill is enameled, making it easier to clean. The extra cast iron grill can provide cooking closer to charcoal once you get used to using it. It requires experimentation with the placement of food on the grill as the cooking is not very uniform. Assembly is simple. Cleaning the grill is relatively easy (with caustic soda, it looks new), but the grills require a bit more effort.
The negatives I have noticed are:
First, the recessed handles on the right and left for the side surfaces are synthetic, so when the grill heats up, they soften and cannot hold the same weight.
Second is the uniformity of cooking. Due to the arrangement of the burners, achieving uniform cooking is not possible. When grilling for 1-2 people, it’s not much of a problem, but when you need to fill the grill 80% or more, you need to know what to turn first. This can, of course, be balanced with experience (even easier with the cast iron grills).
Third is the cleaning; it requires some disassembly to make it look new. If we’re talking about a simple cleaning, it’s relatively easy by removing the grill.
Lastly, a personal annoyance but not a problem is that the cast iron package has one side flat and one griddled. Therefore, a second package needs to be purchased to create a continuous surface.
This is a much more economically attractive option in the tabletop grill category that has nothing to envy from the significantly more expensive ones. Its negative points are not serious enough to be a problem for its cost. For a portable/tabletop grill, I would buy it again.
