I have been a owner for about 2 weeks now and I would like to tell you that the purchase is worth 100%. We have twins and it has been very convenient for us as the whole process takes only 2 minutes at most to have milk at the right temperature for them to drink. The only downside I have to mention is the temperature light for the water.
Tips:
1) I would suggest not filling the water tank completely so that the water doesn't get too hot. This way, you can simply add a little cold water 2-3 times a day and you won't have any issues.
2) As you increase the ML from the main button, the ML of the first hot dose also increases (this helps when you have bottles in the fridge and they are frozen, so that the milk doesn't come out cold). Simply press the button again to stop it whenever you want.
3) I would also recommend having the doses ready in dosimeters to make it even faster!

That it would be a piece of junk and a half is evident from the manual, which besides being unacceptably small has nothing substantial in terms of problem-solving.
Secondly, an incomplete user manual by 99% means that no one from the company bothered to test the machine in various scenarios and write a detailed user guide and troubleshooting guide.
Already from the first day we received it as a gift and after cleaning it, a warning light turned on as shown in the photo and the machine does not work.
Searching the internet about the warning light, I found posts from the company about the same issue posted in 2017 and 2021 regarding high temperatures in England and that the machine does not work if the temperature in the container is above 25.
This means that the guys at the company had 5 (spelled out as five) years to solve an issue that arose, which can be easily solved either with five lines of code or with other prompts for the user from the machine itself.
Now living in Greece and refusing to put ice cubes, cold water from the refrigerator, or let the tap water run to fill the container and make the milk BEFORE the water in the container reaches 25 degrees, the machine will either be thrown away or will start working again when the temperature drops below 25. And judging from the recent forecasts, the temperature will drop below 25 when the child can eat steaks.

The new updated version of the machine is amazing!! It has adjustable settings in ml or oz, operates silently without annoying beeps, and quickly and easily prepares milk! Because there are many inaccuracies written about the product, I am including 2 photos from the initial stage of formula preparation, where it is clearly shown that it produces formula by releasing water at around 75 degrees Celsius. The device does not perform miracles. Also, the logic of the machine is to give you the exact amount of water needed, not to set a different setting from what you want and manually close the water afterwards because then the error in either the quantity or the temperature of the final product is guaranteed.
However, it does the following very simple and very well. It accurately measures the amount of hot and cold water that needs to come out in order to make the formula correctly at a temperature that the baby can drink directly. 1) You put the formula in, 2) it gives you 75-degree water, 3) you mix well, 4) it gives you room temperature water, 5) you mix again and you're ready in less than 2 minutes. I want to see anyone do this by boiling water and finding the perfect ratio of cold water to put in. It has 3 negatives. In the summer, it may require you to put tap water in before making it because otherwise it may be too hot and not work. The filters are expensive and finally, it makes various beeping sounds that cannot be turned off.

It's not worth it. Initially, the milk is made incorrectly. That means the powder should be at a temperature of 70 degrees while the machine makes it at 50 degrees. My baby used to drink 120ml, I would add the powder and it wouldn't dissolve, leaving lumps in those ml. Overall, it's a kettle where you can't adjust the temperature yourself.

Honestly, I wonder why no one has mentioned that the device, because it is made with English specifications, while it writes the amount of water that you "adjust" in ml, it actually outputs it in UK fl oz, which means that the final amount of water is wrong. So we are forced to pour out the excess water or add extra sterilized water to have the correct amount of water in the bottle... I realized this from the very first test, where you shouldn't pour milk powder, so you can see the exact final amount. It also makes a tremendous noise, which doesn't help during the night. The only positive thing is that it is fast, but it definitely is not worth the money.

The only downside is that the doses start from 120 ml and increase by 30 (okay, that's logical), but you don't have the ability to make, for example, 60 ml. Really milk ready in a minute!!
The first month we made milk from the kettle. Then we bought the tommee tippee device and it was amazing how easy it became to prepare the baby's meal. It requires water from the fridge, and maybe there will be a little issue in the summer because on very hot days the water in the machine's tank heats up easily, causing the water temperature indicator to light up.
