It is indeed quiet and the perfect size for a small fan! It seems to be of good quality.
I use it with a power bank or a 5v mobile charger at around 1 ampere.
I bought it to place it above the stove to bring warmth. As it is known, the warm air produced by all heating sources goes upwards, resulting in:
1. Not feeling the warmth.
2. The upper part of the room being warm and the lower part being cold.
However, with this fan, you can direct the warmth wherever you want. It will definitely be equally useful in the summer to cool you down in the office or somewhere nearby.
I would buy another one, it's worth the money
