LatteCrema Hot & LatteCrema Cool Technologies

The Eletta Explore features 2 carafes, LatteCrema Hot and LatteCrema Cool, to create delicious hot and cold milk-based coffee beverages. LatteCrema Hot and LatteCrema Cool* are exclusive De’Longhi technologies that automatically produce long-lasting creamy milk froth at the right hot or cold temperature (depending on the carafe used), whether you prefer dairy or plant-based options. LatteCrema Hot mixes steam, air, and milk to automatically deliver creamy hot milk froth with multiple layers of foam... until the last drop! LatteCrema Cool perfectly enhances the sweet notes of milk while keeping it cool, for the creamiest cold coffee experience, all year round. Both carafes feature an automatic cleaning system and all their components are dishwasher safe, for easy cleaning.

Cold Extraction

With the new exclusive Cold Extraction technology from De’Longhi, you can enjoy Cold Brew on-demand, in less than 5 minutes in the comfort of your home.

The water bypasses the heating unit, reaching the brewing chamber at room temperature. The production process is characterized by the pulsating pattern of the pump, reminiscent of drip extraction.

Bean Adapt Technology

Thanks to De’Longhi's exclusive Bean Adapt technology, depending on the variety of coffee beans you choose, the machine will suggest the appropriate adjustment settings to ensure the ideal extraction of the coffee, preserving all its aromas and allowing you to enjoy the perfect beverage for you. You can activate the Bean Adapt Technology in the Coffee Link App and adjust the Eletta Explore by following the step-by-step instructions.

Easy interaction with the 3.5” TFT full-touch color display that guides you through all the functions of the Eletta Explore, with a friendly tone of voice and many animations. It also features 4 categories (clusters) of high-definition soft-touch color icons (Hot, Cold, To Go, Favourites) for additional ease of use and navigation between drink categories.

"TO GO" Function with Full-Sized Mug

Take your favorite drinks with you wherever you go. The Eletta Explore allows you to make coffee drinks "to go” up to 16oz (473ml). Thanks to the liftable drip tray, you can use any travel mug up to 16cm in height.

Coffee Link App

Everything you need at your fingertips. With the Coffee Link app, you can easily access your coffee experience remotely. Adjust the coffee extraction parameter according to the bean of your choice with Bean Adopt technology, check and take care of your machine, discover over 100 creative recipes, and gain access to additional content in the world of coffee.
