It also has its own mobile app that can perform firmware updates on the device, meaning it will improve over time as well.
In my opinion, there is a small downside, but it's not a big issue; it's more of my personal opinion. The G8 accepts a type C connection, and there are Type C USB sticks. I thought I could have emulators and roms downloaded on the stick that I could connect to the console like a memory card and play the titles I want, but the port doesn't recognize anything beyond charging. A bit unfortunate, but it might just be my crazy need that no one else cares about, lol.
Also, many say that the G8's arrows feel a bit weird, which yes, they are a bit sensitive, but they don't cause any issues and many consoles have had something similar, so many of us are already familiar with them.
In some games, it can be a bit tricky to get it to work, but in 99% of cases, you can find the solution as long as you look into how to set it up (YouTube videos).
The G8 Galileo is a solid choice. You don't have to worry about anything. It is among the best in the world at what it does.
Now a tip: I would suggest that before you buy it, don't treat Skroutz as the only option.
