The bean switching system allows you to discover new coffee varieties. The Rivelia comes with two 250g bean containers that can be alternated depending on the different coffee flavors you want to enjoy. Before switching beans, use the switching function to empty the current beans from the grinder by either making a coffee or grinding and removing them.
