It is a quite comfortable and nicely designed controller that makes you enjoy using it. However, its biggest issue is Sony's disgusting strategy regarding the quality of the sticks. I have had it for about 7 months, and the right stick has started to show significant drift. It should be noted that I haven't hit it even once, and I place it in a drawer when I'm not using it to avoid dust. It is unacceptable to sell a deliberately defective product for €70 and not recognize its defect as a reason for replacement. To get it fixed, you have to send it, at your own expense, to Sony, and they will (theoretically) send it back to you repaired, but you cannot replace it with a new one, as should be done for any defective product. Fortunately, there are quite a few videos showing how to fix it, which is somewhat time-consuming but by no means impossible. However, I would not buy it again for any reason.
Amazing, works perfectly, feels good in the hand. There was a problem with the buttons, it quickly started to turn on its own to the side.
The worst controller I have ever bought. I have used from the side 2 to the 5, the reason I got the 5 is because the 4 I had started to drift (I had it for 3-4 years and it was already used, I don't know how long, so it's reasonable). I have now had the controller for just over a year, in the summer it started to drift and at first I couldn't believe it, until it started doing it quite often and I was really speechless. Besides that, my hands sweat a lot on this plastic they have used. Those of you who don't have side 5, don't get it

Definitely not worth the money just because of drifting, I have never encountered such intense drifting on any Sony console.
It works perfectly, I hope it lasts because the old one at least had issues with the analogs and I had it for only a year and I took care of it.

Very nice color, very nice feel, no drifting issues (so far). Unfortunately, to have all its functions (like sound, haptic feedback...), a wired connection is required, and various games do not recognize it without a cable.
Bad controller in every sense of the word. The PS4 controllers were class superior. After 2-3 months of not frequent use, both have started drifting, with one completely going off after about a year. As for Sony's service, that's very bad too. You have to take the product, leave it, and then go back to pick it up only in Chalandri, where their service is located. It's not worth the €60, not even as a joke, to last you maybe a year at most.
Infinite battery life compared to the og, I still need to see the build quality on the sticks since in the classic that came with the console the drift on the right started after 6 months, which was extremely disappointing. For now, all good :D
