I got two exactly the same, one for me and one for my daughter. From the beginning, I took it to service because it was overheating excessively without me using it, and when I opened Wi-Fi or made/received a call, I felt like it was going to explode in my hands, and in the end, they changed the motherboard and screen for me, meaning the whole phone. In the second week, the speaker wasn't working (basically, it didn't work from the start), and they changed that for me too. So, a brand new phone was opened twice in the first two weeks I had it, they changed everything inside, and now the back of the device is full of stains that won't come out as if I've had it for years... Shame!!! However, if the battery lasts me 12 hours without any use, I am happy!!!!!!!! It is the worst phone I have ever bought, and the service just patches things up.... Shame on the phone and the company. But of course, as they say in my village, you get what you pay for (almost 200 for one)!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Fantastic ..colors sound quality Samsung ..I have had the A31 for years, I bought the A14 last year, as soon as I got it I sold it, the colors were glitchy, the sound was terrible ..I stuck with the A31 ..then I got the Xiaomi 12 which supposedly has better features than Samsung, supposedly ..again, as soon as I got it I sold it, both were inferior to the A31 which I have had for 4.5 years ..and now with a heavy heart I say, let me try to get an affordable Samsung and whatever happens ...and now I can confidently say that it was worth it, it is totally VFM, it looks like a much more expensive phone and finally I can put my old favorite little phone in the drawer!

I bought it from Samsung's official site. First of all, I want to say that for the heavy use I do, it could be priced at 200€ since the camera and generally the equipment are very durable/reinforced. I sincerely thank Samsung for the good quality it provides in its products.

A value for money phone to get the job done. Obviously, it's not for crazy gaming, but the capabilities of its screen and the performance of its processor make the owner proud. The phone tested on many games does not lag at all. It is stable at 60 fps. The only negatives are that it comes without a charger and many times after the restart it lags for a few minutes. Other than that, for the price of 130 euros, it is worth it and more.

You get what you pay for. It's a simple phone for simple use. Its battery lasts a whole day (still new)! It doesn't support all applications.

Bought it a month ago.
So far it does what I wanted.
Strong battery that takes a long time to "die" with continuous use.
For social media, messenger, Viber, etc., as well as some games, it is very good.
It falls short in the camera, especially in zoom.
For calls, it responds very well.
For the money it costs now, it's a perfectly fine phone.
