Ingredients & Benefits

Honey and marshmallow extract soften the throat while protecting the mucous membranes.
Anise essential oil helps to address irritation of the upper respiratory tract and hoarseness.
Peppermint essential oil cools the sore throat.

Usage

Adults: one teaspoon (5ml), 3 to 4 times daily.

Children (6-12 years): half the adult dose.
