  I just received it yesterday... it took me 2 hours to set it up. The installation of Google Family Link for parental control is very poor. The device kept freezing and forced me to start over again and again. In the end, I had to start it as an adult user and then set it up to work for a child. It seems to be working now. I will log in again for a new update because I don't have a complete picture. It seems like a mediocre tablet for simple use by a child. You get what you pay for.
