In strom of 05 they do not fit well. Especially the left side I had to bend a little to fit. I screwed them under the grill and in the hole under the passenger's dashboard.

I do not understand the previous review, in VStrom 2010 the boxes were installed within 10 minutes with borrowed tools from the store. So far there is nothing wrong and they seem to be well-made and easy to install.

The left base does not fit on the machine at all. I had to cut it with a wheel and reattach it with proper dimensions and my own invention. It took me 7 to 8 hours to fit it exactly. If I knew what I would go through, I would have bought those with the 130 to fit both bags and saddles, not just saddles.
