It is one of the purchases that I probably would not have made if I had seen it up close before buying it, without having faced any serious problems, so far, after 1 month of use.
I don't like that it has plastic inside the kettle, I preferred the old one that had a metal interior, for obvious reasons.
It is very large in volume, very tall.
I do not think that it boils water quickly even though it has the same wattage as the old Philips kettle I had.
The water level window is below the handle, so when you hold it under the tap to fill it, you cannot easily calculate the quantity. Prefer one with a side window.
