I have it for a few days. The surface gets very hot. I have tried it with 2 cups. The first one did not cover the entire surface and the bottom of the cup was not flat. The coffee remained lukewarm. However, when I tried it with the second cup (which you can see in the photo) that covers the entire surface and has a flat bottom that touches the heater exactly, the result was perfect. The coffee remained warm for as long as I had it on. I am very satisfied! I recommend it. Obviously, it will not keep it hot, it is not an electric stove but a cup warmer!

I didn't like this product at all. It doesn't keep your cup warm at all. The only time it does, is when you've drank most of your drink and you're about to drink your last sips. I've read several reviews and people were saying that you're supposed to pick a cup that allows heat to transfer. However, I've tried several cups and none of them seemed to work. Overall, my experience with the current product wasn't satisfactory.

The comparison is clearly in favor of the latter, because this product, as long as the cup is at least above the middle, does not even keep the coffee lukewarm, while it is strictly used next to a pc. On the other hand, the thermos cup keeps the coffee at a better temperature for at least two hours, and you can even take it with you if you want. As a result, I threw away the first one somewhere, and I bought a second thermos cup for the car!

Its functionality was thoroughly tested as it was connected to a 75-watt charger from Realme and a 27-watt charger from XIAOMI with exactly the same results... terrible

If there is a gap between the cup and the surface (like all cups), the coffee stays lukewarm up to 2cm from the point of contact. It doesn't mention it anywhere, but it seems to turn off as soon as you lift it.

I connected it to the front ports of my computer and it keeps the coffees warm for triple the time compared to on a desk, but even after hours, as long as the coffee is below the middle, it keeps it easily at 40 to 50 degrees, you can't touch it when it's full with any means. Very nice with the wood and metal, it fits in all setups
