OptoFresh probio relief is a protective solution for the ocular surface, which contains a mixture of phospholipids from a bacterial lysate of Lactobacillus sakei at 4% and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose at 0.3%. Thanks to the naturally derived phospholipids and the moisturizing hypromellose it contains, it stabilizes and restores the tear film against external microbial factors, dry eye, infections (conjunctivitis, blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, and chalazion), or surgical procedures.
1-2 drops in each eye 3-4 times a day or as advised by your doctor.

I have used Refresh, Optofresh Ecto, Hyalovet, Hylopan, Artelac complete, and Optofresh.
Optofresh is similar to Refresh and Hyalovet. However, Refresh is the best of the three.
The container of 0.5 ml provides 9 drops.
They are simple drops, very gentle as if you haven't put anything, you feel like you want to constantly use them every hour. In 6 hours, I used 1 vial. So they are not only ineffective but also uneconomical.
The container's shape is not practical and additional drops are lost, around 4, when you open and close the container, no matter how carefully you do it. It has a long nozzle, the drops get trapped there and as soon as you close the cap, they come out. Also, there is residue left inside the vial that doesn't come out no matter how much you press.
There is no way to reduce drop loss in this packaging.
They did not improve the burning sensation of dry eye or the itching sensation of conjunctivitis.
The product may help in very mild cases.

mediocre eye drops. They were purchased for mild dry eyes and for prolonged computer use. Personally, I did not see this extra hydration... and also the vials are half-filled and some completely empty. Maybe I got a faulty batch. I will not buy them again.
