Tip for brushing teeth: First we floss, then we use mouthwash, and finally we brush our teeth, because what we want is for the toothpaste to remain as protection for the teeth throughout the day.

It is what it is. Nothing more & nothing less than a mouthwash for general consumption. For simple everyday use, it does its job.

I recommend it. It eliminates bad breath for at least 5 hours, doesn't burn much (if at all), and of course, it doesn't contain alcohol. If you want it just for bad breath, like me, and not for a complete oral hygiene, it's perfect!

It is not bad your simple mouthwash but it burns a lot, especially in areas where the gums have receded.
