In my opinion, it's wasted money. We got it to make things easier, and it actually complicated the situation. I kept it for 2 months and then just sold it. It doesn't come with usage instructions; you rely purely on forums. It doesn't support all types of powder, and it generally doesn't serve you well. You'd fix things faster on your own than trying to calculate every time how many ml and how much powder to get the ratio right; it always produces more water than it should. Pure hassle

I have had it for 1.5 years. For those who have twins, it is a lifesaver. It prepares the milk at the right temperature, in the quantity you want, very quickly. I highly recommend it for those who can afford the purchase price. Read the instructions carefully, and make sure to clean and descale it regularly because at one point it wasn't dispensing the correct amount of water because it needed descaling.

Excellent device for new parents. The review is after 3 months of use, with twins. We were delayed by a month to get it due to controversial reviews, but we finally got it and it is worth the 300 euros we have spent. I highly recommend it to any parent who has the financial comfort to get it. It is of excellent quality, it does exactly what it says, ready-made milk in 3 seconds, at the right temperature with just the press of a button! It has 3 temperature levels for the milk, it is compatible with most milks (Frisolac milk for babies 1 & Frisolac Comfort that we use). Our babies drink different milk, so for one baby we use the option to dispense milk, with the powder in the container, and for the baby who does not drink the milk in the container, we use the option to dispense just warm water into the bottle, so you have ready-measured warm water to which we simply add the formula.
Note, the device does not boil the water in the container, it just heats it. I recommend boiling the water in a kettle in advance and then adding it to the water container when it has cooled down.

Life-saving product for new parents! Easily and quickly prepare milk for your child at any time and especially during the night when the preparation seems like a mountain. You won't make milk any other way again.
Two negatives:
1) Mine arrived, but after all the initial setup and instructions (cleaning, etc.) and after many liters of water and rinses (over 20 liters), the water (milk) had a strong/light rubber taste. I had to pass it through soda, then vinegar, and it still didn't go away. I proceeded to open the machine and remove the tubes, which had a strong smell. After dipping them in vinegar and baby soap, it mostly disappeared, and I reassembled the machine. After rinsing again, the water and milk no longer have any strange taste. Unacceptable for a €300 machine. My emails to baby brezza were never answered. It's difficult to return such a product, so I mention it for anyone who is not willing to go through what I did. It's possible that it was just my machine.
2) According to an article in the NYT (https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/13/technology/baby-brezza-formula-pro-health-risks.html), the cleanings should be strictly followed whenever necessary, as well as the correct settings, as this can lead to incorrect dosages and underfeeding the baby. The ultimate milk preparation machine for the baby, absolute ease, absolute technology. The milk comes out in 7 seconds (measured) at the right temperature without boiling. The only negative is that every 4 preparations, the milk spout needs cleaning, otherwise the device stops producing milk and does not allow you to operate it.
