Unfortunately, I can't give it -5 stars. €85 for it to freeze, for the app to crash, and for it not to work even once. It's truly the worst I've seen. You connect it, and immediately the app crashes without even showing a measurement. At first, I thought it was defective, so I changed it, and it was the same again. With that much money, it should be amazing. Not to make us suffer more than mercury thermometers. Obviously, I will return this one too. You must be crazy to buy it

Honestly, a sheer disappointment. I have 2 more air conditioners from Inventor because the house is large. The corresponding 12,000 BTU from Inventor (Neo) which is supposed to have lower performance is much better in cooling. I set it to 28 and it has a perfect temperature, while the Toyotomi doesn't even perform at 26. I trusted a salesperson and unfortunately got burned
