All the ulefone I have bought I have never had an issue with ANY. Another one is the 18 model which after so much time is problem-free.

Personally, I find it an unacceptable phone from all aspects. I bought it for the long battery life but without realizing that this means more than double the weight and size.

Its software is cumbersome and has various glitches. The next month, I sold it at a loss and got one for half the price that was significantly better.

A very good mobile phone, with the mid-range processor Dimensity 7050 5G (competing with the Snapdragon 778 5G). Of course, it is quite fast with over 500,000 scores on Antutu. Endless battery life, huge RAM and ROM (24GB and 512GB, respectively. Ability to expand external card up to 2TB), extremely durable, impressive in appearance, sturdy construction, and with many extra features. At the price of €340, it is definitely value for money.

In combination with good (careful) transportation, everything was fine.
The product always, in my opinion, as a rugged device, could have a well-known name like Samsung Xcover or Garmin Monterra. In this case, the price would easily be over €2000 !!!!
In Greece and abroad, I have not found any complaints about any Ulefone model for poor device quality. The only things I know are that there are no upgrades and some bugs in the operating system - the responsibility of Ulefone and not Google.
All this is on something I have had for less than 24 hours. After a few years ....? I don't know.

For quite some time now, the company has provided an update and personally I have seen the software problems I mentioned disappear
