I have had the machine for about a year and I would say the product is bad, maybe even dangerous. Especially when someone decides to choose it over Chinese ones because they are looking for quality and safety.
From the beginning, when grinding the meat, I see black spots in the meat (as if the machine is leaking oil, as if a rubber is rubbing and producing blackness, etc.) without understanding where this comes from. I believe not everyone is able to notice this, it requires attention to detail and I could have missed it and not remove those parts (without meaning that there are no smaller residues not visible to the naked eye scattered in the product).
I changed the blade and replaced it with a professional machine and then these black spots were reduced (they did not disappear).
This leads me to the conclusion that the mechanical parts are struggling (with the change to a good blade, grinding becomes easier) but this means that the quality control was inadequate. I am not confident about the quality of the ground meat I produce.
Finally, I want to mention the dealership because it is connected to every product they sell. Unfortunately, I encountered insufficient information (different on the phone and in person) and impersonal anti-commercial policies in the service department that have nothing to do with the services they should provide.
Unacceptable things at every point, I will not choose to have any relationship with them again.
