The water tank can be removed from the iron for easy filling under the tap. Thanks to the large filling opening, the tank fills quickly, and it has a capacity of 1.1 L to iron for up to 2 consecutive hours without interruptions.
1) The iron activates the "standby mode" when not used for 5 minutes and the "iron ready" light flashes. Press the steam trigger or turn the temperature dial to reactivate it. 2) The iron automatically turns off when not used for 15 minutes and the "iron ready" light is off. Move the on/off switch to turn the iron back on.

It is like dead. I have changed 5-6 irons in my whole life, the steam is like from a regular iron and not from a steam system
For €45 from AB, very honest...
We have a Philips series 9100 purchased from Carrefour for €50, 18 years ago, when they stopped selling electrical products without a box (the promotional price back then was €250). (At that time, 5 bar pressure was considered the best there was, kind of like saying today 9 bar...)
It still works perfectly, I just bought it at this price in case the old one breaks down...
After 18 years of technological advancement, the features of the expensive series have simply been passed down to the budget line...
Anti-calc, ceramic plate, automatic shut-off system, and many more were words that were mismatched with budget series...
I tried it once, and the feeling while ironing is exactly the same, with the difference that the iron is lighter... Just perfect...
Back in the box, and when and if the old one breaks down, I hope it lasts us for another 18 years...
