The CX23 is a 2-way stereo or 3-way mono active crossover designed to separate frequencies so that low frequencies are directed to the low-frequency speaker amplifier, and mid and high frequencies are directed to the peripheral speaker amplifier, respectively. This type of system is particularly effective and provides more accurate sound quality, especially in larger PA systems.
