I was incredibly surprised even though I didn't even know this brand. As a holder of 50 olive trees, with the two batteries provided in the package, you are comfortable. By getting a third one, as a backup, you forget to stop!!! It definitely didn't "struggle" with thicker branches. The only negative, hence the 4 stars, is the fact that the chain, at least for me, needed tightening at irregular intervals. Other than that, I recommend it!!
