The high-performance conductive polymer aluminum capacitor has a small footprint on the PCB board, but a high volumetric capacity that enables 14-phase power delivery to the RX 7700 series graphics card. The capacitor offers stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature with very low signal noise, ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.
High TG Copper PCB
The GPU is mounted on a high-density 14-layer 2oz copper and high TG PCB to match the rapid speed, high current, and increased power demand of the GPU and memory, ensuring high PCB stability during operation.
Angular Speed Fan Blade
The angled speed fan blade provides a double layer of downward air pressure, which, along with the air pressure on the outer ring of the axial fan, results in up to 44% greater downward air pressure and up to 19% greater airflow for quieter and cooler operation compared to previous generations.
Optimized Composite Heat Pipe
The composite heat pipes are meticulously tuned for each individual cooling design with optimal heat flow, effectively and evenly distributing heat across the entire cooling unit.
Secure Protection
For the protection of your card, SAPPHIRE cards feature built-in fuses in the circuit of the external PCI-E power connector for component safety.
Dual Ball Bearings
They feature Dual Ball bearing fans, which have approximately 85% longer lifespan than sleeve bearings in our tests. The improvements in the fan blades mean that the solution is up to 10% quieter than the previous generation.

Very good for its price, excellent performance, temperatures, and completely silent. With 16GB 3600MHz RAM and a Ryzen 7 5700X, I comfortably play most games at 120 FPS 1440p, and after undervolting, it doesn't exceed 70-72°C junction/hotspot temperature, which is around 60°C package, and this with the card's fans running at 750-900 rpm. Even in the most demanding games, it barely touches 80°C junction, extremely good for high loads, and I don't even have that good airflow, the case has 4 fans. This specific card can take undervolt up to 950-960mv, at 500-2600mhz. At 950 it can crash a specific game once a month, but at 960 it is completely stable. In less demanding games, you can try 940, but nothing less. For some reason, it doesn't take any OC on its memory, even raising it by 1mhz causes it to crash, however, you can use fast memory timing. Power tuning I have enabled and at 0%. Fan speeds depend on each person, I have them set to 15-15-20-25-30 at temperatures 30-50-61-73-82, although with Zero RPM enabled they don't spin before reaching 61-62 degrees. Note here that due to how Zero RPM works, and because you can't change the temperatures at which it operates, if you are running a game that hovers around 61-62 degrees, it is better to disable it while running, so that the fans don’t start and stop all the time, they wear out faster this way. It is always better for them to run continuously at stable speeds rather than stopping and starting every now and then because the temperature fluctuates at the Zero RPM threshold.
It fits into a relatively small case (Kolink void) and yet the temperatures and noise levels are very low. It was purchased for €418 to replace an RX590.
Incredible value for money & performance, almost everything at 2K on High (sometimes even ultra) with FPS never below 60 and usually much higher. Especially now with the beta driver for AMD fluid motion frames 2, the performance increases tremendously, but as it's beta, it has some minor incompatibilities
POSITIVES: In terms of quality for generally "demanding" players (for 1440p, 2K), the best choice for the money. It "marries" perfectly with Ryzen (5 series and above) processor, playing the latest game titles with quite good performance. With an Intel processor, it may have slightly lower performance... At High settings (1440p maybe even 4K), it performs well and reaches borderline 60fps in many demanding games (e.g. Cyberpunk 2077).
NEGATIVES: -Now that the electricity bill will increase, I don't know to what extent this choice will leave us unscathed, as this card "burns" through its "guts" (245W Max for the card only). Overall, gaming will become an expensive "sport" and we will probably have to turn to consoles, which consume 1/3, compared to PCs (154W Xbox Series X active with a game). -At Ultra settings 4K with RT... it's questionable if it will reach 30fps... Very disappointing, for 400 euros, not to support at least 60fps in new titles. In other words, today anyone who wants good to very good performance in ultra settings with RT and the like, probably needs a card worth 1000 euros+ (maybe even 2000). -Only 2 years warranty. I would say that for a product worth 400 euros, 3 years should be given by the manufacturer. Some sellers offer 2 years, others 3... Of course, no one will say that in 2 years you will need a new GPU. (the only sure thing!)
This particular implementation fell into my hands.
I tested it against 5700 xt, 6750 xt, 7600 xt, and 3070, 3080, 4070. To my great surprise, the card is cool, does not consume much power, is very beautiful, and very sturdy in a compact size.
It has 2x 2.1a HDMI that easily connect to 4K/8K TVs with max fps capability (4K@144hz or 8K@60fps) but also 2x 2.0 DP ports for monitors. It has 2x8pin which I personally put in the RM750e 2x8pin to 6+2pin for better power distribution and boost in memory/core clocks.
Now to the more nerdy stuff...!!!
The card is:
45-67% more powerful than 5700 xt
7-14% more powerful than 6750xt
11-22% more powerful than 3070
-2-3% more powerful than 3080 (some scenarios are 2% weaker depending on the game hence the -2)
17-24% more powerful than 7600 XT.
3-11% weaker than 4070
So the price is 440€ on average (some drops in the market). The only one that beats it is the 4070 which costs 600€ starting point. If you don't want ray tracing, nvidia studio, DLSS, etc. for 150+€ less you have a very decent card or instead of a used 3080 without warranty at the same price (IF you are not interested in nvidia features I repeat) a shiny, brand new card.
I did not activate SAM and AMD technologies (R5 5600, b550 aorus elite v2 AX, 2x16gb 3600mhz). I wanted to see the raw performances first, which are amazing... I think both in the Entry and Mid range, AMD has gained a lot of ground...
I repeat, if you are not interested in the NVIDIA UI and want a good price in relation to your performance, 7700xt is the solution.
Silent card from temperatures up to a maximum of 50 degrees when playing a game, while with the PowerColor 6600 it reached 75 degrees. I play at 1440p and in Warzone I average around 140 fps with a Ryzen 5 5600 and 16 GB of RAM at 3200 MHz
Absolutely incredible graphics card. You will be amazed. It is top-notch for my 2K usage. When I use it for 1080p, the fps goes through the roof, and if you have a 240hz monitor, it's a delight. For graphic design, animation, etc., it is truly unbelievable. Gaming reaches another level with dual monitors, as well as for media/content consumption, such as movies, series, videos, etc. I highly recommend it without hesitation!
