After relevant tests, the coil whine was heard from the power supply, which was replaced with the Be Quiet Straight Power 12 1500W, and there is no longer any trace of noise.

1) You simply play any game you want in 4K with maximum graphics (ultra) without noticing anything.
2) The coil whine appeared from the first days and depends on the game and the fps:
Light game = 144, 120, or as many fps as you want if it doesn't exceed the current of 0.890V to 0.895V, otherwise it will go to 1050V and the coil whine will be heard.
Heavy game = 55 or 60 fps, somewhere around there it's fine, low temperature and no noise. The fps limitation is done through the Nvidia control panel, specifically in the 3D settings, 3D settings management, and maximum frame rate.
3) For the power supply of the graphics card, the cable of the Corsair power supply (Type 4 12VHPWR) was used, which was included in the package but doesn't indicate more than 600W, unlike the one sold separately in the market, but it does the job.
4) The price of the graphics card came out at €1,853.80, fluctuating up and down.
