It is an insulating tape. Cheap but of good quality. Fast to use. Does not easily come off. Easy to use.

It seems to fit well on objects and improves over time. On the tape, there is a discreet logo of authenticity.

In the Army, I discovered the durability of this tape (the genuine tape, of course, before the imitation wonder existed 30 years ago) on telephone military cables (TT) insulated with this insulating tape and buried several years ago in embankments in Evros when the river flooded. This tape kept the short circuits and damages at bay... The genuine one stands out from the clone in one characteristic I knew, the logo is embossed on the tape.

Very good film. It cuts nicely by hand (no need for scissors) and wraps neatly around cables without tangling.
I don't know the difference with the wonder ferrara, but this one is made in Taiwan and the ferrara is made in China. The factory and main production are in China. So, the ferrara is the genuine wonder and it is even imported to Europe by Eurolamp and has the CE mark. However, working with both of them, there are no significant differences, just that the plain wonder seems to be a bit drier film than the other, it might just be my perception...
