Suddenly, incoming calls stopped appearing for me unless I closed it, at which point they appeared as missed calls.
The problem stopped later (maybe with some update?!)
However, coming from an old Redmi Pro, the difference was noticeable. The screen was not enjoyable for movies and the sound was just terrible.
Also, during calls, the sound often cut out either from my side or from the side of the interlocutor.
The wifi was poor; many times I had to use data to make it faster, while with the previous device I didn't have such an issue...
In one year, the screen also broke...

Coming from a mi8 that I bought for €260 four whole years ago, I expected to see something noteworthy. In the end, this product disappointed me; I've had it for a year and I can say that even though it has 100+ GB free, even with simple tasks it is very slow and freezes incredibly often. Also, its connection to Wi-Fi is disappointing, unstable, and slow... and to conclude with its battery, which is nothing special, it barely lasts a day without heavy usage. The 2 stars might even be too many, considering it was purchased for €181.

So I have had this mobile phone for almost 8 months, it was purchased for 170€, and I can say that this particular version, after the upgrade to HyperOS, has improved significantly. The battery lasts quite a long time, the phone doesn't freeze, and it can handle heavy games. It does get warm when you push it, but that is expected since it wasn't made for gaming. Overall, I recommend it, but only the 256gb/8gb version, and the reason is simple - all apps nowadays require more RAM.

I have been a user for 5 months coming from Xiaomi Mi A2 and I can say that overall, it covers all my needs in terms of software, from applications to functionality. I don't ask for much from a phone anyway. I love the battery life, it lasts 2-3 days with minimal usage when fully charged, and a full day with heavy usage. It charges in 30-40 minutes and the charger is included in the box, which is a fast charging one. The only major downside for me is the camera. Although it has a good camera, the photos are average for me. The previous model had better photo quality. I had higher expectations for the camera, to be honest, but it still gets the job done. I won't talk about videos because Xiaomi lacks a bit in that aspect, especially in low light conditions. My sister bought the same phone based on my recommendation, but she wasn't satisfied (the phone functions perfectly, but she comes from a Samsung A5 and she notices many differences, especially in the camera department, where we both agree that Samsung takes better photos). Overall, if you are not a Xiaomi user, the transition might not be easy for you. I chose this phone because it meets the features I was looking for and fits my budget. However, everyone has their own opinion. One thing I want to see is how long the device will last, as Xiaomi phones tend to have issues after the second year. I hope my review helps you

Initially based on features and brand name it should kill, at least for all functions except games. Former owner of redmi note 10 that was running smoothly and I gave it to someone with a problematic phone. Now I focus the problem on the software as it came with the new hyper os 1.0.2 and not with miui 14 on android 14. It lags, drains the battery, and sometimes when I receive calls the screen freezes, I can't see who is calling me since it only has the call sound and the phone restarts on its own. I tried to manually install the next version available which is 1.0.4 or 1.0.6 hyper os but it requires unlocking OEM and MIUI, in other words, rooting. I'm not risking it. I will wait and update when something changes. For now, it's frustrating me and it's the first time because I have been using xiaomi for at least 10 years, not only phones. I won't discuss the value for money but they need to fix the bugs immediately because overall the new interface is slightly better and more customizable than the old miui. I remain reserved.

The mobile phone is TRAGICALLY SLOW. I had a Honor T9 Lite of the same category (150 euros) with similar characteristics. It was FLYING. Unfortunately, it broke and I had to replace it. This particular Xiaomi DRAGS in everything. I don't play games or do anything demanding. Just social media, viber, etc. I haven't overloaded the phone or anything. It is fully updated, etc. To open a notification from viber/messenger for example, it takes many times more than 7-8 seconds. Especially after the latest software update. TRAGICALLY SLOW phone.

Now, after the latest update, the phone has become even slower. It rings for a call and doesn't display the screen to answer. As a result, it keeps ringing until the other person ends the call. You can't answer. STAY AWAY.
