I give it 4 stars because it really doesn't keep the water warm for 12 hours, but less. However, the water heats up quite a bit anyway, and you always have time to let it cool down as well. Personally, after 7 months of use, I consider it a quite value-for-money product as it helps a lot to know the temperature of the water before making the milk when you have a baby, and thus you save a lot of time!!

If I could, I would give it a 0. I bought the thermos to keep warm water for the baby's milk; not only does it not keep it warm, but the thermos also gets hot around the edges and heats everything inside the bag, while it claims to keep warm water for 12 hours, it barely holds it for 2-3 hours at most!! I wasted 25€

For cold drinks I have not tried it so far, but for hot drinks it definitely does not keep them for 12 hours as they claim.. it's a struggle if they are maintained for 5 hours. Also, the inside smells.
