I don't know if mine is problematic... the sound is very low even at full volume. There is no setting to fix it. When you open the mimi app for sound and it makes you do some tests, the sound afterwards, while it gets louder, is full of bass and very bad. The voices sound like they are coming from a well. As for the picture, I got it for PS5 and Netflix, and the picture looks incredibly dull. I had a monitor that looked much better... I repeat, maybe mine is problematic
