  I bought it since it is Greek, to see if it is worthy of Bepanthol, which has never been missing from my home for many years. In the summer, it showed its value: I go for a swim around 10 in the morning and return home at 7. I look in the mirror and my face is a bright red mask, despite repeated uses of sunscreen, because I had forgotten that the night before I had used tea tree oil for acne, which obviously causes photosensitivity. For the next one and a half days, I kept my face smeared with a thick layer of this particular cream - as soon as it dried, I applied it again, I must have put it on about twenty times - and MY FACE WAS SAVED! The day after, the inflammation had completely subsided, only a slight redness remained, and I could go swimming again, and ultimately I didn't get any spots from this ordeal. I don't know how the burn would have progressed without this cream, but it looked so serious that others panicked when they saw me, I can't believe it would have such a complete and quick healing without it. My respects to the company for such a quality product, I highly recommend it!

  I discovered Panthenol Extra with urea about 11 years ago (back then it had a different packaging) when I suffered a burn on the top of my palm which left a nasty scar. It worked wonders! I couldn't believe it, but it's true, it removed all the "darkness" from the burned skin. I fell in love with it, and we always have one at home, even for simple moisturizing use. Throughout all these years, I have also used other products from the company such as facial cleansing gel, facial masks, and they truly are a guarantee! This year, I will try their sunscreen.

  Fantastic product. Due to winter sports, my hands become excessively dry to the point of cracking and developing wounds, redness, etc. I tried using Bepanthen and saw very little improvement even though I applied it constantly for days. As soon as I tried this product for the first time, the improvement left me astonished, it was immediate. After 2 days, the problem was completely resolved. I didn't expect it.   Honestly, I don't know why this cream has such a good rating...
  First of all, it is too runny. I prefer lighter creams and I found this one to have a watery consistency... You really need to apply a very specific amount, because if you put even a little bit more, it leaves residue and makes the skin look frothy.
  When it is fully absorbed, it leaves a nice feeling on the skin (hence the 2 stars I gave), but it doesn't last. In half an hour, it needs to be reapplied...
  It claims to be odorless... That is not true at all... It smells like plastic packaging materials... It simply has a bad and chemical smell, which they haven't covered up with any added fragrance. This, my friends, is not called "odorless"...
  Also, if your skin is cracked to the point of having small wounds, just avoid it at all costs... It seeps into the wounds and worsens things to the point of causing stronger pain and delaying the healing process...
  Is this the good Greek cream that everyone talks about? I don't know what others were using before this one and giving it 5 stars, but it doesn't deserve even the 2 stars I gave it...

  It is a wonderful Greek product for sensitive and irritated skin, without any fragrance, which is very rare for a non-pharmaceutical product. I bought it together with a set and at first, I wasn't impressed. But when I saw how good it is, I can't be without it. I use it as a hand cream on my very irritated eczema hands!   Excellent panthenol cream better than Bepanthol because of the urea, except for Bepanthol with a fatty base which is for special cases anyway. It is also a Greek product! If you really need a cream with panthenol, then buy this one without a second thought and for the money as well. Except for the case I mentioned above, of course.
