Safe Usage:

• Do not use essential oils on the body without a carrier oil.
• Use carrier oil (almond oil, jojoba, etc.) in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil.
• Should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old.
• Individuals with heart disease and hypertension should use them with caution and medical advice.
• Do not expose yourself to sunlight after using citrus essential oil for 12 hours.
