    Unfortunately, it didn't make any difference for me. I have been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for years, and when I used it, I didn't see any improvement. The equivalent product from La Roche is far better.

    If you want to avoid symptoms, you should apply the cream once every two days. Applying it twice a day is excessive! It is not necessary to combine it with soap. Personally, I neglect to apply it and only do so when I see symptoms. After a few minutes, I have nothing and I'm fine for 2-3 days. Maybe I don't have a big issue, but I think the ideal is once a day, preferably in the afternoon!
