Good sound quality, low sensitivity ohms, 91, so not very high volume but not needed especially with a phone and its app. With Bluetooth. On a laptop, the same volume with Bluetooth and USB, there is no app there and so the sound is more emphasized in mids and highs - more flat. The connection is only one, either with a phone or with a laptop.
