Very easy to use and although I was initially afraid that it wouldn't be able to "blend" the cream cheese, it did exceptionally well!! We checked it at the end and it had homogenized the entire mixture.

Poor construction that caused many problems during use, until serious damage occurred. When I returned it, they even wanted to charge 18.60 for the repair because they blamed me. I can accept negligence in use, up to a point. When the mistakes happen repeatedly, then the problem is probably elsewhere. Better to buy from a more reliable manufacturer.
