• Very easy to use and although I was initially afraid that it wouldn't be able to "blend" the cream cheese, it did exceptionally well!! We checked it at the end and it had homogenized the entire mixture.

  • I bought this air conditioner because I thought that Inventor has good service.
    In the first year, the heating worked fine for a few days, then I switched it to cooling.
    I am facing exactly the same problem as another review I read: in heating mode, there is no performance and after a while, it blows out cold air. The room does not get warm.
    It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the technical department by phone, and once I got through, they just told me to clean the filters and they won't send a technician (I am still under warranty).
    Unacceptable product (I suspect a defective batch), unacceptable technical support, I regret the money I spent.
    In cooling mode, it works perfectly, but I wanted it for heating.
