Good evening! I have had this particular machine for about 8 years. It works non-stop from October to April. I am completely satisfied. It makes a little noise, but that doesn't bother me when it comes to sleeping. As for consumption, I don't know or have looked into how much it burns.

I have had it for 10 years and it hasn't had any issues. Except for a service I did a year ago because it had collected a lot of dust. It has nothing wrong with it. It makes a little noise but it's okay. I highly recommend it

I bought it 2 years ago and I was quite satisfied... until recently when the hygrometer started showing crazy readings like -6 -9 and constantly fluctuating. This resulted in the dehumidification not working and the motor only working for air purification.... I live in Naxos and as you can understand, there is no authorized service center for this company... I have to send it to Athens.... I don't know if it's worth the cost I will incur for its transportation....

I have had this one for 4 years. As far as dehumidification (80 sqm) is concerned, it is excellent, I have no complaints. In size, it is quite big.
Regarding noise, it is a bit noisy, but I usually have it on the low setting and it doesn't bother me. It also used to squeak the first year, but over time it stopped.

The dehumidifier continues to run constantly, even after another cleaning service I did this year. Of course, the noise is annoying, but I got used to it. Its economical operation is a plus. Despite having it on continuous operation, it does not burden the electricity bill.

I bought this specific dehumidifier for 220 euros due to a discount. I would never pay 300 euros for any dehumidifier. If I didn't have the discount, I would go for a Toyotomi or an inverter. It has a fairly large 6-liter tank. It is very heavy, weighing 15 kilos, especially for a woman to lift. Because it is large, it also makes a lot of noise, even on the low setting, like all 20-liter dehumidifiers. Its plastic parts are of very good quality and do not creak at all. If you want a dehumidifier for the bedroom while you sleep, it's better to go for a 12-liter one. The HEPA filters cost around 10 euros each and need to be replaced every 3 months according to the manufacturer. In a 70-square-meter house, it collects humidity quite quickly. The manufacturer claims it can cover up to 150 square meters. Still, 300 euros seem excessive to me.

I have had the dehumidifier for 3 years. It is very good, it reduces humidity immediately and has a large container. It is made in England where they have a huge problem with humidity. The price has been at 300 euros for 3 years.

I have had this product for 3 years. It works perfectly without any problems and its performance is very good. The timer is quite useful, as well as the fact that it automatically stops when it reaches the humidity level you have set as a target. The noise levels are not particularly low, which means you can't sleep with it working in the room. Of course, I have it in the living room and its performance covers the entire house. I consider its low power consumption for its category as a plus. The water tank is quite sufficient. I would highly recommend it.

It is October 2022 and it works perfectly, with the same performance, and the only thing that has slightly worn out is the plastic that directs the airflow. It has been in operation for 6 years (during the winter months, for more than 10 hours daily). When I bought it, due to the unknown brand name at the time, I thought I would regret spending my money. Perfect, I have a house with 90% humidity in the heart of winter. It releases more than 8 liters of water these days.

After three years of use, I can say that it is one of the best purchases I have made. Very satisfied with the performance, economical in consumption, one downside is the noise it makes (not something unbearable), but all dehumidifiers have it.

I bought this dehumidifier about 2 weeks ago and I have noticed a huge difference in my house. I had a major problem with mold in the bedrooms lately, to the point where the walls were dripping water from the excessive humidity... Within two to three days, the humidity dropped from 70-80% to 55%!

It is also very easy to use. You plug it in, put in the HEPA filter that comes with the dehumidifier, turn it on, and that's it! I use it in the two bedrooms alternately each day and the humidity remains at low levels (I put it on the low speed setting, which does just as good a job as the regular speed). This means no more mold in the house (don't get confused that it eliminates mold on its own, no dehumidifier does that. It just prevents it from coming back after it has been cleaned)!

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very good and high-quality dehumidifier.

My house is 50 square meters and it reduces the humidity from 70+ to 55. Moisture on the windows and mold on the walls have disappeared. I don't know if it will do the same job for larger spaces. I chose it because it also has a HEPA filter, which does an excellent job as well. You can feel something extra in the atmosphere and the air you breathe, plus the cells and the fan do not fill up with dust, so it doesn't need internal cleaning. It would be perfect if it had a carbon filter too.

In November 2017, I bought this product for an apartment in Athens. It was perfect. This year, I also installed it in a house in the province that is closed for a long period of time. After a visit with rain, the atmosphere inside the closed stone house had no smell of dampness at all. Personally, for me, it is flawless.
