According to the official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA combined with eicosapentaenoic acid EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 g DHA combined with eicosapentaenoic acid EPA), and normal heart function.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).

Recommended Dosage

Take 2 soft capsules twice a day with food.

Very economical for the quantity you get per pill but also quite a few pills. I bought it for about 9 euros for the package of 100, essentially 9 cents per pill. Of course, the dosage is 2 pills, 2 times a day; I take 1 pill 2 times a day and that’s because I don’t lack anything, I take it preventively.

Just a note, the pills are huge; I have no problem swallowing them with water, but some people struggle even with the smaller pills, this is a giant.
