  I can confidently say now that it is one of the best proteins. It does not cause any bloating or stomach issues at all. I have been taking it for sure for 10 months and it helps me a lot with recovery as well. It definitely has results but works very well with proper diet and exercise. I will mention which are the best flavors in order because I dissolve them in water:
  1. Fudge brownie (even though I am not a chocolate person at all, I prefer to add cocoa to what I want to drink, I can say that it won me over as it has an INCREDIBLE taste, especially with the yogurt that I mix it with for breakfast)
  2. Vanilla: classic flavor very nice and subtle. You can combine it with everything.
  3. Choco & Peanut Butter: Nice flavor, chocolatey, but very subtle peanut butter texture... I can say that, for me, its ranking is in "plain chocolate." Nice when dissolved in water, nice with yogurt too.
  4. Strawberry: Nice, smells good, unfortunately leaves a metallic taste in the mouth whether with water or yogurt. Maybe it would be better with milk.
  5. Banana: unfortunately it has no banana flavor at all. It is the vanilla flavor in a very, very sweet version.
  6. Cookies and cream: Terrible. No cookie flavor at all... nothing. A colorful thing without a specific taste.

  Overall, 5 stars for the product.

It also contains leucine, the only dietary amino acid that has the ability to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and slow down the loss of muscle mass. In general, whether you want both bulk and definition, whether you have fat and don’t want to gain more, or whether you are 40+, this is the perfect protein for such cases and also for beginners.
  Tip: To dissolve well and easily, first put a little water in the shaker, then the protein, and fill in the rest with water. For one scoop, I first put 80ml of water, then the protein, and top it off with another 100ml. You don’t need to shake it for a long time and hard if you do this. The gourmet Vanilla that I prefer is like drinking a milkshake with vanilla flavor! It’s no coincidence that it is considered the best protein on the market.
  P.S. Some in the reviews say it has sugar (stevia is different from sugar, day and night), others say the opposite, that it has a terrible taste. Neither is true; everything I mention is 100% accurate.
  P.S. 2 Those who say it is the same quality as other cheaper ones are simply talking nonsense... I am a Chemist and have seen tests on content and purity, and the cheaper ones didn’t even come close to half of the ISO 100 from Dymatize. So, don’t pay any attention to reviews from those who are clueless, unless you don’t care about the results or your health... The Gold Standard, which was once second behind this one in quality, has now deteriorated; it’s not like it used to be. You get what you give. ISO 100 is the only one I would safely recommend.
