I bought the TV at the end of November, it was installed on 6/12 and played for almost 10-20 hours for 3 weeks, and when we returned, the TV burned out the motherboard after 1 hour of use... LG and the service are incredibly delayed, they have no news to tell us, I have been waiting for the TV for a month... I don't know if this hadn't happened, if the TV would have been okay... but overall, I am not satisfied at all

I give it 4 just because I expected faster navigation and more apps in the LG store (for example, it doesn't have Vodafone TV). Other than that, the upscale does a great job with the picture, the sound is loud, and the menu is the most complete in smart TVs (in a similar Samsung one we have of the same age with almost the same features, the sound and picture quality and menu of the LG is better)

It is a very honest purchase. With 400€ you get an LG 55-inch. It is a bit slow, the remote control is ancient, however, with this money, you cannot expect a magic remote control and fast processors. It is day and night compared to an LG 55-inch OLED that I have for 1200€. So, in conclusion, I would say, if you have high demands, go for something more expensive. It has a very nice picture and sound though. For me, every euro is worth it.

A bad television in terms of color performance. I wonder how it is possible to have about 5 stars. Color rendering is TERRIBLE, the remote control is from the 1980s, the processor is AWFUL (it constantly freezes and when it doesn't, it's slower than a funeral procession) and overall, it's a very bad television. As for the picture, if you "dare" to view it from an angle, there simply is no picture. You see an almost milky image, with hints of faded colors. I believe I wasted my money. But mistakes, however, come at a cost.

Good evening everyone, I bought it yesterday, 16-01-2024, coming from many years of having Samsung TVs. The TV is simply wonderful. The colors are stunning, the sound is perfect even though I had a soundbar, it turns out it wasn't necessary. Compared to a similar Samsung model I had, the differences in the picture are huge. The screen needs some adjustment for the colors and the menu is a bit more complicated compared to Samsung. I bought it for 448 euros with these features, while Samsung was selling a model from 2023 for 550 euros. Get it, guys, it's worth every euro

The television is amazing! Its screen stands out among all the others, and that's why I chose it. If you make the necessary picture settings, then the experience reaches perfection. It does require a bit of work though..
In terms of sound, it is impressively good for TV speakers. It will never match a subwoofer in bass, but the sound is decent! It also requires some tweaking in the settings here.
If you delve into the settings (AI is a must and disable the economy mode), it reaches a high level!
Otherwise, it has all the necessary ports, such as HDMI ARC, and all the popular apps are pre-installed and even more.
The remote control is simple, not bad, but if it had the other one, it would be more convenient for smart usage. However, the LG app covers the issue!
It is essential for many that it has HbbTV, which means that the red button on TV channels that have hybrid (e.g., ERTflix, ANT1, SKAI, ALPHA, etc.) makes it a game ;)

Very nice picture. I replaced a 9-year-old Samsung!
The image is a plus, especially with supported HDR content, it's amazing. The presence of Disney, Netflix, Cosmote TV apps, and connectivity with Apple (AirPlay) are also great.
As for inputs, it has the basics: 3 HDMI, 2 USB, etc.
It doesn't have an audio jack output, but it has an optical fiber.
The menu is user-friendly, it's fast in opening, closing, switching, and loading applications (no comparison to my previous TV).
Disadvantages... this particular model didn't come with the magic remote as standard.
Overall, for the 499 euros I paid, I think it's very good for a 55-inch TV with good features and a 2023 model!Update: through the LG app, the mobile phone works as a remote! It's great because it has a touchpad.
