In this mode, you can connect 2 devices to a screen/TV, such as a gaming console and a computer. By pressing the button, the switch will automatically switch between these 2 devices. This function is particularly useful if our screen has one HDMI input, but we want to connect an additional device without disconnecting the cables each time.

In this mode, the signal is reversed, and we can connect one device to 2 screens. By pressing the button, the splitter alternates the signal from one screen to the other. The image in this mode is displayed on one screen at a time and not simultaneously on both. Useful in cases where we want to change the display screen from one device, such as sending the signal from a decoder from one TV to another.
